We had a water line burst during the night that flooded our entire house, down in the duct work, under the tile and hardwood flooring. Jeremy and his crew, Pedro and Crystal, were absolutely fantastic!! They were quick to respond, very thorough explaining the process, and always answered our questions. They were at our house everyday measuring moisture levels, adding/moving equipment, and we able to save our tile/hardwood for refinishing. I would definitely recommend their services!!
As a maintenance supervisor/ facility director, SERVPRO has always given me quality service, quick service by qualified technicians, and a fair price. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone.
Krystle and Pedro did an outstanding job. They cleaned our couch, and it looked as good as new. They were reliable and very efficient. I would definitely use Servpro again!
Due to water damage to our home and an insurance claim, ServPro of Chattooga, Dade and West Walker Counties was engaged to remediate and manage the restoration. Our experience was terrible and poorly managed by ServPro. It was a simple one bedroom job that required repair of the ceiling, wall and hardwood flooring.
