Due to water damage to our home and an insurance claim, ServPro of Chattooga, Dade and West Walker Counties was engaged to remediate and manage the restoration. Our experience was terrible and poorly managed by ServPro. It was a simple one bedroom job that required repair of the ceiling, wall and hardwood flooring. I had requested tarp service on the roof of my property and I wasn’t quoted a price for the service. I was shocked to see the price that I was charged. I felt that they over charged me twice as much for the service. Will never use them again. I had used them before and they were great but after the tarp pricing I won’t be using them again.
