RecommendedHad kitchen fire that destroyed pretty much entire inside of home. Servpro was there from the very start to the very end. Stress was taken out of the equation of restoration since Servpro handled everything all I had to do was pick out colors and cabinets etc. my house looks like a model home!! The staff was rude. When our apartment got flooded we had less than 48 hours to find a new place. It took us about a week to move out. They almost kicked out the door.
This company is great at gutting things...and throwing out personal belongings. We were lied to several times about what they did with our belongings, they swore they only threw out damaged stuff...yet months later we are still discovering things missing that we know had no damage. Entire sealed totes full of photos, personal family items that were not damaged but apparently in the way. We asked them not to touch certain items as they were expensive collectibles....and they are gone. They have caused us nothing but grief and... read more
