From start to finish our experience with everyone we dealt with at ServPro was wonderful. They did a phenominal job and would recommend them (and have) to all.
Father’s Day 2018 our basement flooded with raw sewage caused by a stoppage in the municipal sewer. Servpro was notified and responded promptly. They worked until the basement was pumped out and partially cleaned. They returned for several days to complete all the cleaning, sanitizing and wall and floor removal. All Servpro employees were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with under unpleasant conditions. We would highly recommend Servpro to anyone.
What a joke. I am shopping around for a big job in my house. 3 other contractors are coming to give free estimates. the spanish gentlemen i got on the phone didnt want to come to the house unless we paid him $150 to do the estimate. What a joke. He said he cannot do it for free, cause he has to pay his franchise fees and cannot afford to do it for free. You're a joke. How do you keep your doors open with a poor customer service?
