I walked into a flood after the water line to my refrigerator burst. Brand new carpet, padding and vinyl flooring were soaked! I called ServPro and connected with Jacari who provided fast and professional emergency water removal services. The entire team was always courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

1847 Shore Dr S, South Pasadena, Fl 33707. HOA hiring SERVPRO after hurricane Helene 9/25/2024. NOT MY DOING!!! Started work 3/25 was absolutely awful came in started taken out walls. Condo looked like a war zone. Never got better just worsted. So call Project Manager Lee Pope was rude disrespectful. Worker where not any better. I ask Lee Pope and boss of all these guys do fix something that they did wrong. It would take days for them to come back work was never done right. After 4 months kicked them out of my condo. Samuel and Clarence were responsive and quick to service our needs. Samuel was also responsive to our follow up questions. I give high marks to the work they have done, which is ongoing. Added: And a big shout out to Jacari for picking up the equipment when asked and being very nice when doing so.
