After an initial visit and a partial quote, Patrick never returned three calls, nor email attempts. Their office did finally call to ask if I had any questions (not Patrick); by this time, however, so much time had past, we already had contracted with another agency. Don't worry, ServPro of West Tampa was not any better. Wow, I guess their franchises are just way too busy.
