This is the second time that we have had to engage Servpro's services, due to flooding in our apartment from the roof. Each time they have been prompt and attentive and extremely compassionate. Juan Carlos is remarkable in his calm and composure, attributes that are extremely helpful in this stressful time. I greatly appreciate their taking us step by step through the process.
I think the job that Servpro did was excellent. The response time to my initial request was great. My only issue was around communications. Apparently there are 2 Servepro offices in my immediate area and one hand didn't seem to know what the other was doing. As a result, there was a bit of confusion regarding which office was doing the job.
