William was our reconstruction manager. This review is specifically for him and the reconstruction work of the subcontractors on the project. He was very responsive and ultimately completed a repair in only a day after we waited 4.5 months to initiate due to insurance negotiations and bureaucracy. Even though the work was rapidly completed, it was high quality.
Ragan always arrived at the scheduled time, kept me informed of what was happening with the water removal, the degree of moisture in the area and answered all my questions. THANKS! Ragan for being so pleasant and encouraging in my hot water tank flood.
