Jake (Jaccob) and Ethan did a fabulous mitigation job after our dishwasher leaked and flooded into our basement! His crew was on time, professional and very kind. I was very grateful for their ability to schedule around naptimes and make a safe drying area as a household with a busy toddler and an infant. In addition, Jake explained the process fully, answering all questions so it was easy to understand. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Carroll County!

Do not hire SERVPRO of Carol County, they are owned by Jeff Holland whose howard county franchise I had the nightmare of dealing with. I am writing this review having just received the court dismissal paperwork confirming that after dragging me through months of disputes, regulatory complaints, and litigation settled for exactly what I offered them from the very beginning. They took stuff out of my bathroom when they had to tear my floor up and they put it in my bedroom, which was fine like they put the tool scrubber down, and then you put my toothbrush holder right next to it, would you brush your teeth for it to the fresh that was next to a toilet?Scrubber I wouldn't either Let me borrow my dehumidifier from the basement until they get their equipment there and the next day they left and left my dehumidifier upstairs with theirs, so it's unplugged in the middle of the room, and they couldn't... read more
