The cleaning was just ok. The cleaners spent most of the time on their phones or outside smoking. Even my neighbor noticed them hanging out in the front yard a lot. What could have been finished in a few days was strung out over several weeks. Our issue was from smoke damage. Everything downstairs had smoke damage. Once we returned home, our feet were black from soot that was still on the floors. My upstairs bathroom was clean, that was nice, but I’d rather the downstairs where the damage was have been cleaned! I work for State Farm and we personally use the SERVPRO team on many of our repairs for our insureds. They always get back with us in a timely manner and we have not had a single complaint on any of the repairs they have completed.
