I couldn't be more happy with ServPro of Blount County for remediating mold in my basement. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. I would recommend them for anyones needs!
They are good at working with insurance companies in getting approval. My issues are with some of there subcontractors work when they damage things and work that is below standard and trying to get SERVPRO to correct mistakes and fix and make things right!!! Not happy with some of the work done by subcontractors.This is the reason for bad review.
Great people, great service, great prices and very knowledgeable!
