I hired this group to give me a consult on what was needed to be done when my crawl space flooded. They came out and said that I needed to dry out the basement and dehumidify it. Additionally, that it needed to be sprayed with an antibacterial to prevent mold. I had removed all the wet items, rugs, luggage, hanging coats, moving mats, some furniture and various miscellaneous items. They came in placed fans around and the dehumidifier. Taylor and Devin did a great job cleaning up after our basement flooded. They were both very nice and understanding, as I was quite upset about the flooding.

What a professional team! Taylor, Jared, Caliph and Jim came in and went to work mitigating water damage in our laundry and kitchen, and then into the basement! They were pleasant and knew exactly what they needed to do. I am confident we will get a great result and it was a pleasure working with this team. ServPro will be my FIRST call if I need these services again (hopefully NOT!)
