RecommendedHad a pipe burst with lots of water every where. I received a call from ServPro within two hours of my insurance calling them. The folks who came out to help take care of the mess were friendly and professional. They made it less overwhelming for me and were very encouraging. They were easy to work with and very helpful when I had questions. I recommend them to anyone who may need their services.
Well over 2 weeks ago they were "on their way" to check for moisture/mold, then they had another job come up and cancelled. I was told they would come the following Monday (as this was a Friday). No show, no call. Here I thought only the contractors in International Falls were unprofessional...perhaps that disease is statewide!
