RecommendedIt was great for us at Panama City Toyota.
For Hurricane Michael they are bringing in other Servpro’s (which is great). These other guys use subcontractors who also use subcontractors & are not up to any standard. They are doing more damage to our property than needed. The workers are using OUR tools to do their job. Just not professional. Very disappointed
They do a great job with the drying up of the water and did a great job with replacing the floors and repainting the walls. But the cabinets we’ve had nothing but issues and problems, even when some of the doors where replaced and a cabinet. We still have issues and I feel we are stuck with the cabinets
Steve Cyr who was the General Contractor in charge of my home restoration/rebuild after a flooded home came in and made an overwhelming task look easy. He is absolutely amazing! Clone him if you can!!! 6 stars out of 5!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Servpro of Bay County was so easy to work with! They responded immediately and all of the technicians we worked with were professional and courteous. Their equipment was clean and very effective and not nearly as loud as I expected for strong industrial dehumidifiers. Their technicians were very knowledgeable regarding leak issues and they also work well with other companies, handing off to others where expertise is needed. I would definitely hire them again!

The guys are still here cleaning up the mess in my house which flooded from a water heater that exploded. It's after midnight and they are still here working so hard. I am so impressed with this crew, I couldn't even wait to write a review. They are amazing, awesome, professional, friendly and hard working! With what we're going through right now they have been a blessing and made a tough situation easier to deal with. I can't say enough good things about these young men! Thank you
