Bradley and Sarah were amazing. Their professionalism and hard work over the last few days were very well noticed. I'm so happy we went with ServPro.
I had the best experience with ServPro during a less than ideal situation at our house. After waking up at 3:30 in the morning to water all over the house, the ServPro guys arrived at 5:45 and started working. They were efficient and got the work done quickly so my house could start drying out. Our water heater burst in our basement, we had about 3” of water in about 15 minutes covering about a third of the flooring. Called Serve Pro immediately and they had 3 vans at our house in under 45 minutes. Bradley, Anthony, Paul went right to work, starting the clean up process and explaining everything, putting us at ease. They set up fans, humidifiers and by that night, things improved.
