Ross - Cody - Melissa and all other staff was amazing. They turned our sadness into happiness. Our house had a small leak we never would’ve known where it came from it was Ross detected with Cody’s skills complemented the job helping with the insurance and now we have a sanitized healthy home. I would give this company a 100 out of a 1-10 scoring.

ServePro of Medina was great to work with. Travis was our first contact and he put our minds at ease that we’d get our house back after some flooding we experienced from our washing machine. They had Geo and Fran come out that night and they did a great job disconnecting and beginning the initial tear out to start the drying process. We had Jasen as our contact person after that to oversee and check every day on our dryers and dehumidifiers. Servpro did an amazing job of removing 4 inches of water in my basement caused by a heavy rainstorm. I called on a Saturday and the next day Cody came out and assessed my damage and explained what the process would be, and patiently answered my questions because I was quite distressed. The very same day the crew came out and removed my nice vinyl flooring that I had installed less than 10 months prior. They also removed the bottom half of my drywall. Then the major cleaning began.
