ServePro of Medina was great to work with. Travis was our first contact and he put our minds at ease that we’d get our house back after some flooding we experienced from our washing machine. They had Geo and Fran come out that night and they did a great job disconnecting and beginning the initial tear out to start the drying process. We had Jasen as our contact person after that to oversee and check every day on our dryers and dehumidifiers. Servpro did an amazing job of removing 4 inches of water in my basement caused by a heavy rainstorm. I called on a Saturday and the next day Cody came out and assessed my damage and explained what the process would be, and patiently answered my questions because I was quite distressed. The very same day the crew came out and removed my nice vinyl flooring that I had installed less than 10 months prior. They also removed the bottom half of my drywall. Then the major cleaning began. This is the second time in 4 years that we have had a major water leak in a kitchen wall that caused a significant amount of damage. I was just as impressed this go-round as I was the first time. ServPro did an amazing job with the initial clean up after a sump pump failure in our basement. I quickly changed the sump pump and began initial clean up. The next morning I called insurance and ServPro. Later the same day, Travis came to the house for evaluation of the damage. He was very thorough and described what will be happening in a stepwise fashion. He explained how he would coordinate with insurance. The crew came later that day to remove all of the wet carpet.
