Do NOT use. They nickel and dime you for every little thing but won’t tell you about any of the charges until the very end. We were charged $150 every time they did a five minute moisture check. They also ripped off huge parts of our plaster with their tape, and I had to argue with them to cover the damage they caused.
I just want to say that Collin Pohl with Serve Pro went above and beyond for our family. We had an unexpected pipe burst and literally destroyed the whole house, and everything in it. Collin and his crew were right on top of it and communicated with us the entire time, they took the time to explain everything they were doing and eased any burden that could have been put on us. As terrible the loss was Serve Pro and the insurance company were nothing but Professional and understanding. Thank you all for such a great job.
I had flood restoration and flood cleanup in my basement done by the crew out of Appleton WI. As a team they worked well together and got to work right away. Throughout the process they kept me informed of what they were doing and if they had questions for me they found me and we discussed a plan. This team really worked hard together and they all were very polite to me. Keep up the great work team from Appleton!
