Cleanup team was excellent after our washer leaked so 2 stars are for that. Mitigation was fast and well done. Team broke a mirror and said they would fix it at their own expense since it was their fault. We should not have tried to use them for restoration, though. Our “project manager” did not take our calls, return calls, or answer emails. Not once.
