Serv Pro has been absolutely amazing with helping my family get my house back together after our chimney fire. They were here right away to help and are right on top of any questions or concerned we might have. The cleaning crew is amazing and cleaned our house so graciously . I would defiantly recommend them to any person having to deal with a fire or any other home need .
I have dealt with Bloomfield Serpro through two recent incidents with water and they provided excellent service I strongly recommend them!
Definitely live up to their reputation and saying, "Like it never even happened.". I had a burst pipe for at least a day without knowing and they seriously saved my home from spreading any more mold. Thank you!
The Servpro representative Brandy Whitehead who came to our cottage in Portland, CT to assess for water damage to our cellar after a sump pump failed last Fall, and a small roof leak on the front porch roof, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough in her evaluation and treatment plan. Also, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend her and her company Servpro!
After our house fire they took some of my items for “safe storage” they gave me a list of the items they took by e-mail. When we finished our rebuild I called them to get my stuff back, they couldn’t find anything, they lost my stuff!!! I got nothing but the run around from many phone calls, I wanted to talk to the owner. I had to call corporate before he would talk to me and when he finally called me he was so rude, didn’t care at all that his company lost my stuff! This complaint is for ServPro of Bloomfield, CT. They also operate under the name Sante Restoration. The nature of this complaint is due to billing. On August 13, 2016 my parent’s home was flooded with four feet of water due to a major flood in Louisiana.
