Incredibly disappointed with this company. They have been entirely non-communicative about the status of our Vernon, CT house after they cleaned it due to a fire. They also removed several rugs from the house to clean them but the rugs have not been returned and we can’t get a clear answer from Servpro as to where the rugs are and when they will be returned. This company failed to get a contract to me prior to demanding the first payment and starting work. The initial inspector spent less than 10 minutes at the house and failed to explain what services they would provide. They sent a crew of two very nice young men, neither of whom spoke enough English to communicate with me, resulting in much confusing and a major mess left behind in my flooded basement. We called after discovering a leak in my roof. They came out and set up equipment and then would not provide a quote for service. I asked that they pick up their equipment due to poor communications and when they did we found out that we were billed for items not brought to my home. Further we went 8 days without actually solving the problem. Now I can’t get a call back regarding the inaccurate invoice OR understanding as to why it wasn’t done correctly. While I have been lucky so far that I haven't needed to call SERVPRO of Bloomfield/Enfield in an emergency, I would not hesitate to do so! I have provided writing services to this franchise owner for 18+ months and have found this company to be among the most reputable I have dealt with in 25+ years of freelancing. They are ethical, responsive, forward-looking and fair. If you have any type of basement flooding issue, whether it be burst pipes, leaking hot water heater, or just live with someone who doesn’t know to make sure the washer drain hose isn’t laying on the ground before starting their laundry! 🙄 Servpro is the way to go!! They made my basement look like I never lived with a halfwit to begin with!!! 😂 Thanks Servpro!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the ServPro team was in handling our flooded basement. From drying out, caring for our belongings, and an abatement, they were caring and professional the entire way. Someone was always available to answer my calls and email (Thanks Jorge!), even late at night. They helped us navigate through insurance red tape and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They will be the first I call if this should ever happen again and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I highly recommend these guys. They came fast and prepared when I called for a basement flood. There was no way I was going down there after I saw that my animals excretions were floating around. These guys know how to get down and dirty! And everything they recovered was returned to me, their whole process was smooth and so were their staff. Thanks!
