Incredibly disappointed with this company. They have been entirely non-communicative about the status of our Vernon, CT house after they cleaned it due to a fire. They also removed several rugs from the house to clean them but the rugs have not been returned and we can’t get a clear answer from Servpro as to where the rugs are and when they will be returned. This company failed to get a contract to me prior to demanding the first payment and starting work. The initial inspector spent less than 10 minutes at the house and failed to explain what services they would provide. We called after discovering a leak in my roof. They came out and set up equipment and then would not provide a quote for service. I asked that they pick up their equipment due to poor communications and when they did we found out that we were billed for items not brought to my home. RecommendedIf you have any type of basement flooding issue, whether it be burst pipes, leaking hot water heater, or just live with someone who doesn’t know to make sure the washer drain hose isn’t laying on the ground before starting their laundry! 🙄 Servpro is the way to go!! I highly recommend these guys. They came fast and prepared when I called for a basement flood. There was no way I was going down there after I saw that my animals excretions were floating around. These guys know how to get down and dirty! And everything they recovered was returned to me, their whole process was smooth and so were their staff. Thanks!
After our house fire they took some of my items for “safe storage” they gave me a list of the items they took by e-mail. When we finished our rebuild I called them to get my stuff back, they couldn’t find anything, they lost my stuff!!!
