Recently I learned I needed to replace a 60 foot 70 year old sewer line at a tenant occupied house. I researched several plumbing companies and decided on these plumbers in Sherman Oaks. Our hot water heater stopped working and we couldn't get the pilot light to light or stay lit. It's an older unit so we figured it might be done. We had another company come out first and the quote they gave us to replace it was high so we called Servistar Plumbing for a second opinion and they showed up within the hour, thank God they are close to Studio City.

8 days without water; different company spent several hours over 3 different days but could not identify the problem. Michael returned my call promptly on a late Saturday afternoon, Daniel was there shortly thereafter. He found the problem quickly and put a plan in place to our relief! Michael was wonderful! He arrived right on time and his visit was quick and helpful. He solved our main problem in the kitchen within a matter of minutes, and was able to give guidance on next steps for a separate irrigation issue in our back yard as well. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend! :)
