It doesn't look like you can make night deposits. They have a fancy ATM but after hour deposit isn't functioning.
Steve Nicholson needs to obviously retire if he hates his life so much. I have never experienced worse customer-service in my life. My elderly wheel chair ridden grandmother was having issues with fraud on her account. Instead of listening to her to understand the issue he became frustrated and started yelling in her face. She was so upset, I had to come inside to help her get the problem resolved. It wasn’t until we went to another branch that we got the help we needed.
wish I could give 0 stars. These are the worst customer service tellers EVER!! Instead of asking you how do you want your money back when cashing a check, they give you 20’s. When I asked them could I get other bills they said that’s all they have . How in the hell does a bank not have money. They gave me 10,000 in twenties and thought it was funny.
