Muy inconforme con el servicio. Lo use porque supuestamente es una de las mejores del pais, pero me he desilucionado. hice un envio internacional y las encomiendas llevan 4 dias retenidas en el centro de acopio. Nadie da informacion, las lineas de servicio al cliente te dejan esperando por 20 o 30 minutos para despues ser cortada la llamada. Nisiquiera en la oficina principal responden. Si es que tienen mucho volumen de envios deben ser honestos con el cliente. Escriben informacion erronea en la guia de seguimientoi.
