I went there to get an Evaluation for my license. Got in pretty quick. During the evaluation the guy took so long. He would type a few words, then check his phone for a few min, then type a few words, check his email for a few min..... for 2.5 hours. Then he tells me, "we will have your drug test back in 5 days (would of been the next Monday) and you can pick up the report on Tuesday. Our daughter sees someone here who specializes in children and uses play therapy. It’s one of her favorite times of the week when she gets to go to counseling. We also see another provider here to help us with parenting challenges for a neuro-divergent child. It’s super helpful. And the two counselors also work together to benefit all of us.
We’ve been with services of hope for years, always been a great experience with friendly staff.
My experience with Services of hope has been excellent. They are a very compassionate and caring organization. Glad they are in my community 😊
