They had no problem taking my money, but there is a problem getting answers and getting things done, I started this venture on September 11th and still haven't received anything, I sent them mail twice and mysterious they have not received it. What's going on???
Arrived 15 min prior to first appt. Sat in lobby at address with a reception window and a large sign stating Services of Hope Counseling with phone #. So thought we were there. Security cameras all over so SOMEONE knew we were there. Called # after waiting 30 min heard it ring from otherside of reception window but no one answered. After 45 min someone finally came out and after I asked she rudley told me I went to the wrong place and needed to reschedule. Can't get in for another. month now. Called 7/18 to set up a counseling appointment, was told that was only possible if I had been a patient in the past. Which i WAS. Not only was the woman on the phone unhelpful she sounded intoxicated… also never heard back… mayeb she forgot ? 🍻
