Did my taxes Feb 8. I was expecting to get my refund any day now and NOTHING. I called the office MULTIPLE times and they would say “Luciano is busy I’ll have him give you a call back” he would never return my calls. I decided to call the IRS and see what’s going on. They tell me Luciano just submitted the paperwork MARCH 12!! More than a month later!!! DONT FILE YOUR TAXES WITH HIM UNLESS YOU WANT THIS TO BE YOU!
