Absolutely impressed with the service provided by our technician Will. Our AC unit was making an erratic and irritating noise while running and of course when he arrived it was barely making that noise. He was able to hear that noise and looked into many possible causes. Suffice it to say he found the problem and fixed it immediately. We also needed a ceiling vent cover replaced and he did that perfectly. Very happy with the service and the information he provided. Will definitely call again if needed.

Called in and spoke with the company about a full drain pan and condensation on the machine. Was told it would be 99 dollars to do the assessment. Tech showed up intoxicated. Then told me to assess he would have to drain the pan for a total $500. That’s before the issue is even assessed. Would not go with them
