We have had Service One as our HVAC company since 2016. Service One installed a Daiken mini split for our converted garage in 2023 and the unit failed right after the manufacturer warranty expired but they still took great lengths to attempt to repair it and when it ultimately had to be replaced, they took care of it without any payment from us. There are not many companies around anymore that would honor their work and take care of a customer like they did with our mini split repair. Would definitely recommend for any HVAC ... read more
We had no AC and Service one was here in 2 hours to solve the problem ! Have been using this Company for about 3 years now very fair and Honest would HIGHLY Reccomend them!
They are fast, responsive, and reasonably priced.
John was our hero today. He replaced the 36 year old showerhead pipe that broke in the wall in our master bathroom. Then he replaced our garage utility tub faucet which was also well aged. We appreciate his skill and workmanship! John was the best!
