Mike was great to work with. He showed up on time, got straight to the issue, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. He was thorough, clean, and made sure the system was running right before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Great installation of whole system change out from gas to electric in one day on christmas eve in new smyrna. Great price and service says it all.
We are new homeowners and had some issues with our AC. We called Jeff at ServiceOne and he sent Will out to help us. Both were extremely knowledgeable in helping us and Will even spent extra time explaining everything to us and getting us set up on the service plan!
