Terrible customer service. Questionable ethics. Misleading communication and an aggressive spam marketer. (Note that the positive reviews appear to be from employees, fake accounts, or paid overseas reviewers. Not seeing much evidence of happy customers.)
Best place to work. ServiceNow loves its employees just as much as its customers. Everyone works super hard and with passion. Those who don’t eventually leave. The result is a very strong machine of happy people making fantastic product!
