Thanks to the poor design of this system I've had 15 separate cases with Disney Plus that should have been two conversations over one case. This software is bad and it's designers should feel bad. Please hire some experienced second line support technicians as QA-advisors.

Not sure how they got my information but they will NOT stop calling me, repeatedly. I got a second number and they continually call this number too. I have asked to be placed on their internal do not call list and I only have received MORE calls.
