They do not bother to return calls, or when they do, they tell you to call a different department who then doesn't respond. Have left dozens of messages in the last two years only to be met with dismissiveness. The staff are incompetent and uncaring and the administrators are useless. Trying to get any help from this agency is nothing but a waste of time met with endless red tape, dismissive responses, run around, and aggravation. The people in charge could care less.
I've been with service not going on a decade and a half. And I haven't been in therapy in the last 4 years due to the covid-19 outbreak. In all my years I've had thee top therapist. I finally got a new and her name is Cindy she has a big heart and I was a little scared coming back after 4 years cause of covid restrictions. This is my 1st in person time with a Therapist in quite awhile Cindy is such a warming person I'm so glad to be back thank you to all my past therapist at service net I'm thank you for cindy.
That's gentleman John should truly consider working where he doesn't have to have an ounce of positive outlook and a servicing attitude. To be a pessimist while working for an organization getting funded to supposedly be of hope and service to others is the opposite of what the ones doing the funding would consider acceptable.
The pearl street shelter is new but it brought all its crime, violence and drug distribution with it, not to mention the bed bugs. Total joke! So small inside that all personal belongings piled everywhere. Some in the shelter are insane and rant all day long.
