Going on 8 years. One of the most upfront companies I’ve ever worked for. The benefits are amazing! They’re very understanding when you need time off for a leave request, whereas some other jobs are difficult about how you use your time. Do not waste your time applying for employment here. I was offered a salaried position and accepted, went to orientation and training and first day all to be cold called and told I was terminated. When I asked for an explanation, there wasn’t one and I was told I would be hung up on. Today I learned that I’d been terminated the day before that phone call, prior to the possibility of any complaints. They've been good to me. They helped me out when I needed the most. My Union came through for us.
Don't waste your time with this company. Save your records for a better job in the future. Bad employees' treatment and their union are weak and will never help you in trouble. All blame will be shifted on you if a client does something terrible. Is always about their client and don't care about their staff. It looks like they want to mess up your life to become one of their clients. All they need is money from the clients.
