If you listen to anything — skip this business altogether. As some of the other reviews mention, they answer the phone when they want to. My boyfriend bought a Groupon, and was trying to contact them for about a month. When they get FINALLY here (late of course), their van breaks down, and are unable to do the job. Hard to find them on Phone. No response to email and finally when they booked , they did not show up to the appointment.

I’ve been calling for the last 9 days. Wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone until last Saturday and was told to call back because they didn’t have the books on them to schedule. I said okay fine it’s a holiday weekend we’re all human I get it. So I’ve been calling this week and it started out with no one answering. Then instantly going to voicemail. And now it says the number doesn’t work anymore? I needed to book 15-30 days out? What’s the problem? Turn your Groupons off this is ridiculous.

Horrible experience, very unprofessional people. I scheduled the carpet cleaning with them. Later I recieved a call few mins before the scheduled time that they will not be able to perform the service because their guy walked off from the job. I was told they will call me by evening to reschedule. Waited till evening did not recieve any call. I called several times left various voicemails but no response. I have joint problem. I have called and pay someone to move my furniture. Now I have to call and pay them to put it back.
