Came home to find large chunks of drywall and tile left in my bathtub, the ledge of my medicine cabinet, door frames, behind my toilet, carpet leading into my apartment, dirt all over my walls, had to vacuum with my work shoes on before even taking pictures of some of it so that I would not track all over the apartment. SUMMARY: horrible customer service, damage to property, company is only worried about getting all of your insurance money. DETAILS: We had a sewage backup, which was a nightmare to begin with, but Service Master made it even worse. Clean up wasn't done fully the first time and I had to call and email multiple times to get them to come back to finish the job. Everyone at ServiceMaster Restore was fantastic to deal with! Ellie was an incredible project manager who advised me wisely, listened to me attentively, and provided the excellent direction. Steve and Jeremy took care of my home beautifully and speedily. Steve's unique work with painting and ceiling technique is extraordinary! And today, Tammy and Maria swooped in, going above and beyond to ensure my home was left spotless after the restoration! I couldn't be happier! Thanks all!
Feeling very frustrated with this company. Our home was damaged from ice in February or March. We had a leak through our ceiling in the living room and bathroom. They were great to help us with the demolition and emergency work. But since then I've been having to chase them and call them like a crazy person, just trying to get the repair work scheduled. I've been told over and over how they are under staffed and over booked. Finally when they got back to me they said it won't be scheduled until August. Now I am still waiting... read more
