Service Master was assigned to repair our roof after ice damage this past winter. I can not say enough about Mike & his team from Service Master. Between November-February I have had to utilize Service Master team twice. Once for residential after experiencing a sump failure that caused water damage in our finished rec room and bedroom of our lower level. The second incident is for a Commercial issue caused by an ice dam resulting in water damage after our severe winter. Both times Service Master was on site within 30 minutes of the initial call and began the assessment of the damage and remediation work.... read more

Had water damage in basement from recent snow thaw and rain. Brett and Derick came and removed all damaged material. They were both very professional and did a great job. Would recommend anytime.

We had a water leak through our ceiling Brett and Ethan came out to remove the damaged ceiling and flooring. They were exceptionally professional and friendly. The cleanup was excellent. Our project manager Chris has also been very helpful keeping us in the loop and patiently explaing the process and next steps. And exceptional group to work with
