Don't use this company. The guy named Steve came out to dry out under my floor because of a water leak. This is a mobile home so he had to get underneath to get to some wet insulation. He did not use any type of professionalism in doing this. Just started cutting the underbelly and pulling out insulation. The way he did it was like a bull in a china cabinet, making it just about impossible and very expensive to put back together the right way. Very unprofessional. Came in, tore everything up and left. Great experience with the company. Staff has been awesome at explaining what insurance will do and your part. Will use them again. Our 2nd time with this company.

When our house flooded I called and spoke to Steve Hand and he was able to get me in right away and began working. They were able to get everything dry and repaired very quickly and made it look brand new. Steve was very professional and always responded right away.

They were hired by my home owners insurance, they didn't bring adequate equipment when they were told we had a foot of water in our basement. Took them 6 hours to drain it. Tried to blame it on my new water softener system when there was no obvious lack of pressure in the system, even the second pump they brought wasnt adequate. Afterwards a few months later we were emailed a bill by them. This was a 0$ deductible offering by our insurance company, their excuse was they couldn't get ahold of some one at the insurance company... read more
