I just want to give a shoutout to the guy who came to my rental house a few times a few weeks ago that had septic backup flooding in 2 bathrooms and my bedroom, right after I moved into the house, in Prescott Valley, AZ. He was really nice and really helpful and set up the restoration equipment and shut off my main water supply and attempted to help me with sewage water removal, when my landlord could not have cared less. Wanted to give a shout out to Tyler and Alfredo of service master ORC I believe people should get credit when credit is due and I had these gentleman to my personal home called out by my builder for a warranty issue. As a Resturation owner myself Kowalski Construction inc these guys took good care of me and did fantastic work keeping me updated on my water loss and cleaning up as they went. As professional courtesy I wanted to say thank you and good work.
