I had an incident about 2 years ago, with a defective hot water tank that had a massive leak..Unfortunately there was nobody living at the home at the time and the basement flooded badly. I normally check on it every couple of days but that's all it took to cause a major event. We called ServiceMaster and they immediately went to work, cleaning up the place. I had a flooding in my basement and ServiceMaster Restoration by Marano Services was called to do the water damage clean up, mitigation, and remediation. The crew was very efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable of what each had to do to accomplish the tasks at hand. Lucas and the Team were very informative and receptive to suggestions.
