I moved into a house for which they cleaned the carpets after the previous owners had moved out. I did not believe the sellers when they claimed that the carpets had been cleaned. I called and they confirmed that they had actually (tried to) cleaned the carpets. I was flabbergasted! I don't know what kind of equipment they use, but it's no better than a vacuum cleaner. I strongly recommand avoiding these guys.
