The owner is rude and unprofessional
Came into my parents house to clean carpets and moved items. A very special heirloom is now missing. When called I was told the team does not remember where they put it. Refuses to return calls and item is gone. Very disrespectful. If I could give negitive stars I would.

Came home at 4:30 pm on a Friday to find a flooded house from a sink fixture failure. :( By 5:30 pm the SM crew was on site. By midnight ALL things soaked were outside and the dehumidifers running. 24 hours later it was tough to find anything wet or even humid! These guys know what they're doing!!!
