My insurance company contacted ServiceMaster of Tacoma when I reported a water pipe break in the master bath shower on 2/16. Austyn, the Scheduler at ServiceMaster, called the same day, and the team arrived that afternoon. Jackson and Nolan were knowledgeable, respectful, kind and worked hard to remove the damaged walls/flooring. On Friday, 2/20 the damaged area was ready for the rebuild.
Delightful experience when Service Master packed all belongings for full room carpet replacement. Three ladies, Cherie, Carly and Ana worked for two days to prepare items for movers. They were respectful of all property and asked questions when unsure of how I wanted and item packed. They worked quickly with great energy. After a fire in our home, the ServiceMaster team was incredibly professional, caring, and detail-oriented. They handled the cleanup and carefully packed and protected our furniture with great respect. A special thank-you to Ms. Amber Ross for her big heart and compassion—she truly went above and beyond during a very difficult time. Highly recommended.
The manager Freya was unfriendly and arrogant. In the middle of the project, they needed to give me a new quote to decide if I want to fix some new issues found, and they took their multiple days sweet time until giving me the quote, while charging the equipment fee day by day. They were terribly frustrating to work with.
I would not use again. I have a home insurance claim for possible moisture in part of my ceiling. USAA sent Service Masters out to inspect. A total of three different two-man crews came out. The first team went up in the attic and said it looked good up there. The second team a couple days later cut out an approx 2x2 foot piece of the ceiling.
