Had a microwave meltdown:-( Left burnt plastic smell throughout house. Called ServiceMaster and they sent Hailey out to assess. She coordinated 2 UV air cleaners, a HEPA cleaner and multiple airmovers to get the smell out. I did a little local cleaning and some painting and we're back to normal. Very professional in their approach and solution. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I have any issue in the future needing restoration services I will call them!
Amber and her entire crew were nothing but professional while at the same time kind friendly and very hard workers I would highly suggest using ServiceMaster for anybody who wants their personal effects to be packed with care. Of course I can't leave out everybody who worked with Amber so I'm going to name them all. Rachel, elo, Florida, Amber W, CeCe, Carly, Lauren. Give them all the raise.
