Amber and her entire crew were nothing but professional while at the same time kind friendly and very hard workers I would highly suggest using ServiceMaster for anybody who wants their personal effects to be packed with care. Of course I can't leave out everybody who worked with Amber so I'm going to name them all. Rachel, elo, Florida, Amber W, CeCe, Carly, Lauren. Give them all the raise.

Delightful experience when Service Master packed all belongings for full room carpet replacement. Three ladies, Cherie, Carly and Ana worked for two days to prepare items for movers. They were respectful of all property and asked questions when unsure of how I wanted and item packed. They worked quickly with great energy. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with ServiceMaster of Tacoma, I feel compelled to warn others. Following a major water loss and mold-related situation in our home, my family trusted ServiceMaster of Tacoma to handle mitigation professionally, safely, and transparently. Service Masters went out of their way to accommodate me on my temporary move because the landlord needed to restore the building after thete was flooding in the crawlspace. They were on stand-by for 3 weeks waiting for me to get the go-ahead to move into a vacant unit, and they also worked within limitations set forth by my landlord that I move within 7 days.
