Servicemaster was a lifesaver after our kitchen flood. They were at our home within hours of our call and were thorough with the mitigation process. They were able to work directly with our insurance company which made the process much easier. The crew was polite, efficient, and very good at keeping us informed during the process. Working with Servicemaster was the best part of a difficult situation.
My main water line into my house broke and flooded my basement. ServiceMaster was the other preferred vendor for my insurance and they were great. They sent texts each morning when they were on their way, when they arrived, and when they had finished work. They were quick, efficient, and polite. Great working with them and will absolutely use them again when my house decides to flood again.
Service Master helped me with both mitigation and remediation after some plumbing leaks. They were professional, reliable, fast and dependable. I would use them again.
