We had ServiceMaster come and put our basement back together after installing a flood mitigation system. They did our new drywall, flooring, and painting. They were great to work with as we had a very tight turnaround time to get the project completed as we were also refinancing our house. Service Masters was awesome! They showed up when they were supposed to be here. They were respectable and kind. They went above and beyond more than once. They kept me informed on how things were going with our project. If I’m ever in need of a house repair again, they will be the first people I call.
Very knowledgeable about what it would take to clean and repair my basement after my water leak. Very polite and professional. When they found out I had a rescue dog in boarding, they worked extra so we could get our pet back home. Thank you for the extra attention.
The guy first said $1,000, then changed it to $1,000–$1300. When I was finishing the conversation, I specifically asked again about the price, because I know the games these companies play, and at that point he said it would be around $ 1300- $1500. I even told him directly that he had already bumped up the price three different times within that 15 minutes. They wash carpets so it look like just vacuum, not even it clean any dirt from carpet. They say you don’t look the difference because the carpet is already very clean. Is it make sense?
