I had a pipe burst inside my wall the day before Thanksgiving. ServiceMaster came out to my home within 2 hours, bringing fans and dehumidifiers. I believe it was their prompt response which mitigated the damage to my home.
Great company to work with when emergencies happen! Julie is so helpful and the job was done well. No complaints!

They clearly explained each step of the process, kept us informed on next steps, and went out of their way to minimize disruption to our home. They even returned to pick up missed items without any hassle. Their professionalism and care made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
Nightmare experience working with Darwin from restoration and Jim the CEO. Even State Farm was baffled with how badly our project has been bungled and how poor and dishonest the communication is.
