ServiceMaster of Gwinnett was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. Specifically, Andrea in the office was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. She was patient, she was knowledgeable and she answered every question I had through a very stressful situation. Andrea didn't just do her job well, she genuinely made me feel cared for and even checked in on me with a final call once ServiceMaster was complete with their services. I HIGHLY recommend ServiceMaster.

I had a pipe leaking in my garage utility room. It had left the floor in the utility wet and several water stains on the wall there and in my kitchen. Service Master came out right away, assessed the situation and notified my insurance company of their findings and actions needed to correct the problem. They installed large dryers and checked daily to determine if there was still moisture in all of the areas involved. They contacted mold remediation company to complete the project. We had our carpet and upholstery cleaned. They also pressure washed 3 porches and cleaned the inside and outside windows. Very pleased with their service!
