They were very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and professional throughout the whole process. They came in, assessed the situation, and took control of what needed to be done. All of the Service Master people were kind, courteous and compassionate - from the our Initial contact to the finish.

When disaster strikes, you need to call the pro's! I was very pleased with the professionalism, speed, attention to detail, and the care I received from Service Master for taking care of a water leak stemming from a neighbor upstairs...no complaints really. They were there when I needed them and very helpful in a crappy, stressful situation. I would definitely recommend to anyone, but obviously I hope I never have to call them again!

Nathan and Mark were very polite and professional.. informed me every step as to what they were doing and why. In the end my house was cleaned and put back they way I would want it. Good job!

The tradesmen did an excellent job. Quality materials were used. The project manager did an excellent job of getting the work done. He came up with useful and cost savings alternatives. The workers did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done. I have no complaints.

Service master did a fabulous job with my kitchen after I experienced water damage. I initially called another company and they were so bad I called service master. They could not have been more professional or nicer. Nathan and Jeff were great. I would call them again a heartbeat.

Hot water tank leaked leaving a devastating amount of water damage. Called ServiceMaster. They came quickly with a great team of employees. Kept me informed about what they were doing. Team work got the water damaged items out, brought in fans and hepa filter, and everything was done in less than a week. Very impressed with their work and the interaction with the employees was courteous and polite. Next step is ServiceMaster Restore, who called the very last day it was all dried out, and they are coming tomorrow to give an e... read more
