The ServiceMaster crew has done a great job cleaning up and stabilizing the situation following a plumbing leak and garage/ house fire. The crew worked diligently and made every effort to do a thorough clean up. They had to do a good bit of problem solving in order to keep the clean up moving while waiting for water and electricity to be turned back on. We had water damage on kitchen floor, cabinets and ceiling of garage due to water pump in dishwasher. I contacted Service Master who was recommended by insurance company. It was certainly an involved process. However ******************* made the process as smooth as possible. Firstly, I should explain that there was water remediation and a rebuild in four rooms where plumbing broke. The water removal / treatment crew did a stellar job. It was loud and noisy (part of any remediation) and we work from home, but they did their best. As for the re-build, there were challenges, but they worked through them all and gave a lot of personal attention and rebuilt everything nicely. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and professional throughout the whole process. They came in, assessed the situation, and took control of what needed to be done. All of the Service Master people were kind, courteous and compassionate - from the our Initial contact to the finish.
When disaster strikes, you need to call the pro's! I was very pleased with the professionalism, speed, attention to detail, and the care I received from Service Master for taking care of a water leak stemming from a neighbor upstairs...no complaints really. They were there when I needed them and very helpful in a crappy, stressful situation. I would definitely recommend to anyone, but obviously I hope I never have to call them again!
