This was one of the worst experiences in my life. We had a house fire and SMofCI did the work. Not only did they do a terrible job they almost caused another house fire from laziness. The list of issues I have is almost endless. We will be fighting things for years because of them. In the end I had to take them to court and against the advice of my lawyer I paid what we agreed as a final payment. My lawyer said not to give them another dime. I wish I would have listened. Got a bid on a job from several companies and service masters bid included more deltailed stuff and was cheaper and the work performed was above and beyond my family's exspectations thanks service master keep up the good work
ServiceMaster is great! We hired them to clean our carpets and they were quick to get us on the schedule and did a fabulous job! I highly recommend them for all cleaning and restoration jobs.

We had a huge flood yesterday morning and Servicemaster was there within a couple of hours (not bad for a Sunday morning)! The guys were so friendly, helpful, and industrious and worked well into the evening to make sure that everything was either dry or on its way to being dry. We have a long way to go to get everything repaired, but it was a great relief to have their help during the early hours of the crisis.
