Fantastic experience top-to-bottom. Called them up early on a Monday when we had an overnight leak flooding our upstairs hallway and their office crew jumped on it. Brian and his crew arrived quickly, handled everything professionally for the immediate mitigation, and then handled the small demolition & ventilation we needed. Office staff were great, mitigation crew were great, high recommendation for anyone who needs quick mitigation services.
I cannot recommend the team at ServiceMaster more sincerely. We called them with an emergency (there was exposed sewage in our crawl space), and they came to the house within hours. The team that we worked with was Marcos and Elmer. They were professional, incredibly hard working, kind, and of the highest integrity. We are beyond grateful to them and if we ever have any issues again (hopefully we don't), we'd call them in a heartbeat. Marcos is as professional, trustworthy, and hard working as they come.
