I highly recommend Service Master of AK. I called to get an estimate for various repairs to my condo caused from the earthquake and Kara had her crew out the next day. I was impressed when 5 guys arrived to assess the damages and explained what needed to be done and how each would have a part in the repairs. Scheduled the repairs and the work was completed in the timeframe set. They were professional and their work was of the highest quality. The sheetrock damages looks like new as does the other repairs.

If there was a negative 5stars that’s what i’d choose! As the clean up crew was professional & very nice, dealing with the main office for the repairs needed & the questions I had was a nightmare & took more effort than should ever be expected from a “customer” from the zero response to messages I left requesting a call back asap to 20 days post incident finally receiving an impersonal email stating they can’t help me for at least 6weeks & i should start looking elsewhere !
