When we had a house fire, I had no idea how extensive clean-up would be - SM was in our house for almost a house and they were wonderful! I have three little kids and the cleaning crew was great about getting favorite toys cleaned quickly - one lady would read books to the baby after she cleaned them. I so appreciate them!
