Mike at ServiceMASTER Clean did an excellent job cleaning all our carpeted areas: 3 bedrooms, a hallway, living/dining room, and family room. Very friendly, professional, and efficient team. Every area looks terrific!!
Demo team was really good but rebuild team has communication issues and won't take responsibility for their subcontractors. Got cracks in grout within days of tile work finishing and got no response. If they want to pass you off to subcontractor, just get a new rebuild team cause youll pay their prices for sub work. Edit: yeah I got a hold of sub after no word from DSI. I stand by my statement. Defeats the purpose of chosing a highly rated company if they're gonna pass you off to a sub.
