I called on Friday the 13th and was able to get in the scheduled for the following Tuesday!! On Tuesday 1/17/2023 Bill came to my home to clean my carpets…..our technician l, Bill, was punctual and very professional!! He had did a FANTASTIC job!! I live in an older farm house and the family room carpet has been there for a while…..IT LOOKED LIKE NEW and smelled so clean when Bill finished!! I am so pleased!! I will recommend ServiceMaster to all my friends and family!! Thank you

The 2 man crew sent from ServiceMaster Complete Services were about 10 minutes early. I let them start before the set appointment time. They did a great job on my carpet and sectional. I added disinfectant and scotchguard when they were done. The two young men were courteous and were careful around my things. I am having them clean my ducts before winter. Prices are reasonable, and worth the quality I got! Thanks!
The carpets were dry in a few hours and the workers were nice. Some complaints is that some of the small stains did not come out if the carpet and the sectional didn't really get as cleaned as I liked it. Also after the service workers left I realized there was a large chip taken out of the door trim in one of my bed rooms.
