I was given their number by my insurance. I called and they came out. They spent 30 minutes start to finish coveting a small hole in my roof. I received a bill for 988.00. What a scam. If I would have known what they were going to charge, I would have given the kid across the street 200.00 to put the same patch on. Not worth the money!
No zero star option! Bummer! Worked for this company for 4 years before I moved came back worked for about 4 months and because I lost one fob key they took $250 out of my check never discussed this with me or anything just told me it could cost up to $250 for a set of keys if missing or stolen they never checked my keys like they put in this signed agreement never once ! I had fire at my home in July. The fire caused the electric to be shut off and there was no water in my house. The whole situation was VERY frustrating to me, I was also 38 weeks pregnant at that time which the smoke got me cough blood out. Those guys climbed all around my home. We used this company to clean my father's house while he was hospitalized. They flat-out LIED about how long they were there, LIED about what they cleaned, and LIED about the "deep clean" they allegedly gave each room. They charged my father an exorbitant amount of money for these services and clearly tried to take advantage of a sick, old man. Randy was super unprofessional on the phone when the bill was disputed. I will NEVER use this company again and I advise you not to either.
