Been working with Service Master Restore out of Ft Smith, AR for the last 3 days and I could not be happier. They contacted me immediately after the tornado on November 30, 2018 after insurance told them I would need their services, but I wasn't ready for them to come and help me until Thursday, January 3, 2019. I couldn't ask for better help! Micah, Tonya, Donna, Jeremy and Alex, along with the guys that cane by today to load up the truck (Chris and another guy) have been absolutely outstanding!!!!!
They were out here fast and worked hard to get everything safe for my kids.
We were so exceptionally pleased with the service master staff who came to our rescue when we had hot water tank issues causing damage to our floors. They worked so efficiently and were on time each visit they made. They were also friendly and easy to explain any of our questions. We would recommend their services to everyone who has a need.
They are quick to respond in your time of need. Great service provided by competent employees.
You guys are the BEST!!!!!
